Attorney's Bio

Dan focuses his practice primarily in the area of Bankruptcy. Dan joined the firm of Avrum J. Rosen, PLLC in 2024 after serving for two terms as a law clerk to the Hon. Nancy Hershey Lord, Bankruptcy Judge in the Eastern District of New York.

Dan earned his law degree from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2022 (cum laude), having published as senior editor of the Law Review and received CALI awards for excellence in a variety of courses, including working hands on with indigent clients in the Bankruptcy Clinic. Apart from Bankruptcy, Dan also excelled in Trademark Law, Trusts, Estates, and Social Media Law, amongst others. During his time at Touro Law, Dan also interned with the Hon. Robert E. Grossman, Bankruptcy Judge in the Eastern District of New York.

Prior to law school, Dan earned a Bachelor of Music from New York University, Steinhardt in
the Music Business program. Before practicing law, Dan worked for record labels and entertainment agencies such as Razor & Tie and UNDRCVR Entertainment. Dan is licensed to practice law in New York State, and is also admitted to practice before the Eastern District of New York.

Outside of work, Dan spends his time writing and recording music, playing guitar, bass, drums, and piano.
